ALL IS CLEAR
On a slightly overcast November day I make my way by bicycle down this delightful lane. The hill is quite steep down to the ford, but I like to check how deep it is before riding through the water! Luckily there is a handy measure beside the footbridge to show how deep it is today. The trees have lost many of their leaves, and almost all have turned colour to yellow and russets. It lets more light through, but it seems dimmer with the low sun. The road is wet from recent rain and passing vehicles fording the river. There are puddles reflecting the light sky, as well as the reflections in the water. One of a pair of two with More Traffic.
